MirrordRefund Policy
If Mirrord Pro isn’t right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it, for any reason. The same goes for Mirrord Education.
How to ask
Write to contact@mirrord-app.com from the email address you bought with, or tell us which address it was, within 14 days of your purchase. We refund the full amount to the card you paid with, usually within a few business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
What happens to Pro
When a purchase is refunded, Pro is removed from your account. The computers it was activated on go back to the free version the next time they check in. Everything you made stays yours.
Mirrord Business
The 14-day trial is free: cancel during it, under Billing on your team page, and you’re never charged. After that, you can get a full refund within 14 days of the first yearly charge. Later renewals and added seats can be refunded within 14 days of their charge if no one has used the seats since. If you cancel, your seats keep working until the end of the year you’ve paid for.
After 14 days
After that, purchases aren’t refundable, except where the law says otherwise. If something isn’t working, write to us anyway: we’ll do our best to help.
